Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives to have that item replaced. In addition any media, such as CDs, that are damage will be exchanged. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded and items returned for refunds must be in absolutely new and unused condition.
