Show Fix .:. I am hearing the sound/audio twice at the same time or when I pause the recording I still hear audio even though it is stopped!

Solution: To view the information on our CDs you should SINGLE click to play, listen, view, etc information. By doubling clicking you are actually telling your computer to open the file twice and this is what is creating the problem.

Solution: This generally means you do not have the font style Verdana installed on your Windows computer. This is the font we use for most of the autorun text and therefore if its missing there may be some display issues. This font comes with Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP and is scheduled to be included with Windows Vista.

To resolve this you may download the Verdana installation file (see below) and then double click on it to install the Verdana fonts. Once installed you may need to reboot your computer, however its a good idea after a font install anyway as some programs will not see the new fonts until a reboot. After Verdana has been installed try the autorun menu again.

Solution: It is possible to play the lessons using your Mac operating system.

CD Instructions: If you insert Disc 1 into your CD/DVD drive and browse to the disc you should see "Mac Readme" which contains information on how to setup Quicktime to play the video.

Mac Intel Users Notice!

If you are using a new Mac Intel computer you will need to visit the link below and install the Mac Intel compatible video codec for Quicktime. Once the correct Quicktime codec has been installed you should be able to play the video. Please note how to play the actual files by reviewing the "Mac Readme" file.

Downloaded File Instructions: You will need to download the file to your hard first and then decompress the .exe file (see next question for assistance). Once decompressed you will see another .exe and .avi file. The .avi file should be playable in Quicktime, however you will first need to install a video codec for Quicktime (only needs doing one time). To do so please click here and select the corresponding Mac OS version you are using.

Client Submitted Solution: The Mac comes with a built in command that compresses but one must download (free) the Stuffit Expander, which works perfectly. The older versions of OSX (pre Tiger) come with the Expander, or some such program.
